Ivory tower: <\/em><\/strong>people who make decisions without taking into account the reality of others.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tower of Babel: <\/em><\/strong>a metaphor for misunderstanding, chaos or the inability to work together due to cultural or linguistic differences.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n So\u2026 now it\u2019s a game I\u2019d like to share. Here are the rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Round 1 \u2013 With cards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Take turns drawing a card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The card determines the color of the block to be removed and repositioned on top of the tower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The goal of Round 1 is to avoid being the one who causes the tower to collapse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Round 2 \u2013 Without cards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As a team, identify which bloc is unstable and can be moved. Decide who is best suited to remove it and who is best positioned to replace it. It can be of any color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If multiple teams are playing, the winners are the ones with the tallest tower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Round One is all about working in silos. If you\u2019re a brand manager, change the brand\u2014that\u2019s what you\u2019re paid to do. If you manage processes, change the processes. If you\u2019re responsible for the vision, change the vision. When you have a job, you do it, whether it\u2019s needed or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Round Two is all about collaboration. As long as we communicate and work together, we can focus on changing only what\u2019s necessary to build the tallest tower.
